RSC is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, merchant banker, or fund manager, and does not directly manage investor capital, provide investment guarantees, or solicit funds from the public. All fundraising-related services are rendered strictly under business-to-business advisory arrangements, and any introductions to investors or VCs are made on a best-effort and non-binding basis.

 

Startups are solely responsible for all investment decisions and compliance arising out of their engagements with investors introduced via RSC. All success fees or equity-based arrangements, if any, are governed by individual mandate agreements with client startups and are subject to applicable Indian commercial laws and tax regulations.

 

RSC takes appropriate measures to ensure transparency, compliance, and documentation in all engagements and encourages all parties to conduct independent legal and financial due diligence before entering into any investment agreements.
