Refund &
Cancellation Policy

At Roland Lam, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to adjust or cancel your engagements with us. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, balancing the needs of our clients with the commitments of our team.

General Policy


Notice Period:

For any consulting services and strategic advisory engagements, we require a minimum of 14 days' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
For venture studio programs or educational bootcamps, a minimum of 30 days' notice is required.


Refunds and Credits:

Cancellations made within the required notice period will be eligible for a full refund or a credit towards future services.


If cancellation occurs less than the required notice period but more than 7 days before the scheduled service or program start date, a 50% refund or a 50% credit towards future services will be provided.


Cancellations made 7 days or less before the service or program start date are non-refundable, but we may offer a 25% credit towards future services at our discretion.


No-Shows:

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled service or program without prior notification will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.


Specific Circumstances


Emergency Cancellations:

In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis and strive to provide flexible solutions, including rescheduling or partial refunds.


Program Cancellations by Rolandlam:

If we need to cancel a service, program, or event due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.


Changes to Services:

If you need to make changes to the scope or timing of your services, please notify us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
